Karl Dinkelspiel has over 25 years experience in real estate development and finance, community development, public-private partnerships, affordable housing, government and land use planning and zoning — to name a few. Four Spokes was born out of Karl's desire to approach partnerships, planning and strategy from his unique perspective.
